Maintain your Pearly Whites
Maintaining a healthy mouth is essential for overall well-being. We recommend brushing your teeth in the morning before consuming acidic foods. It’s also important to floss and rinse your mouth after every meal to help preserve the whiteness of your teeth. Always wait 45 minutes before brushing your teeth after eating or drinking, as this allows your enamel to harden again. Acidic foods can soften enamel, and brushing immediately afterward can lead to thinning, which may cause the yellow or brown roots to show through more quickly. Be sure to visit your dental hygienist regularly to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
Why Test at 50?
Hearing experts recommend that everyone get a baseline hearing test around age 50. While hearing loss is often associated with older age, it commonly begins earlier and can progress quietly for years. A hearing test at 50 helps detect changes early, when treatment options are most effective. It also creates a clear baseline, so future changes are easier to track. Untreated hearing loss has been linked to cognitive decline, depression, and increased fall risk. About one in four adults aged 50 to 65 already experiences some degree of hearing loss. After 50, testing every two to three years is recommended, with more frequent checkups after 65.
Spring Cleaning with Biofield Tuning
Spring invites movement, circulation, and integration, much like seasonal cleaning – open windows, sweep corners, and refresh what’s been stagnant. Through Biofield Tuning, sound becomes a broom for the unseen—clearing energetic cobwebs, calming the nervous system, and creating space for renewed vitality. By working with tuning forks in the biofield, this process helps the body recognize unresolved emotional patterns and naturally reorganize toward greater ease and alignment. Many people experience a greater sense of clarity, more grounded, and emotional resilience as their system settles and integrates.
Is Your Will Up To Date?
Even if you know you need to update your Will, it’s easy to find yourself letting your documents collect dust on the shelf. The good news is that going through major changes in your life doesn’t necessarily invalidate your will. The bottom line is: If your Will isn’t up-to-date, your end-of-life wishes may not be fulfilled in the way you would have liked. Your wishes may also have changed since you wrote your will. To avoid these pitfalls and the costs associated with updating your will, contact us today to order your free Estate Planning Kit which includes a Legal Will Guide.

Sunshine, Nature and Social Activity
Spending time outdoors can be so rejuvenating, especially as the weather warms up and the sun gives us that extra energy boost. Joining a senior walking club is a great idea—it helps with physical health and also offers a chance to connect with others who share the same appreciation for nature. The reminder to bring the right gear, including comfortable shoes, a hat for sun protection, and a water bottle for hydration, is important too. If walking becomes too much, taking a break with a chair and just soaking in the surroundings sounds perfect.
