Surefire St. Patty’s Day Sweat for the Play Park

Join us for a fun-filled group workout all in support of the Norberry-Glenlee Accesible Play Park.

Bring your friends and wear your green workout gear to show your support!

Join us anytime between from 5-7pm for a special come and go workout at the Norberry-Glenlee CC. All levels are welcome.

Cost to attend is $20 (all proceeds to the Norberry-Glenlee Accesible Play Park).

All participants will receive a welcome gift and be entered into a draw for some fabulous prizes!

FALL LEARNTORUN10K PROGRAM

New to Running? Looking for a fun way to stay active?

SportMedBC’s LearnToRun10K is a progressive training program that utilizes a combination of running & walking. We help gradually increase your strength and stamina.

Guided by a team of trained leaders, you will build the endurance and confidence to prepare you to complete a 10K distance injury-free at the end of 13 weeks.

Participants will meet with their leaders once per week. As well as receive a comprehensive 13-week LearnToRun10K program, weekly coaching advice, nutrition tips, and access to other training resources.

Program Registration also includes:

– A free pair of New Balance technical running socks
– 15% in-store discount redeemable at any lower Mainland New Balance Location
